Whilst buying clubs straight off the shelf will get you up and running on the course, if you are really looking to make advancements, custom fitted clubs are an essential. Your clubs will be tailored to suit your swing perfectly, improving your distance, direction and consistency.
What does a typical Golf Club Fitting Include?
Typically, our coach will take measurements of your physical characteristics (height, arm length, hand size, wrist-to-floor measurement, etc.) They will then observe you hitting shots to assess your swing characteristics, and how your clubs are affecting your game.
Our sophisticated Foresight GCQuad will gather data and perform a lie angle test. Your lie angle is important because it affects how accurately and consistently you can strike the ball. The information gathered will help our coach with the head fitting, shaft fitting and overall make up of your clubs. You will be asked to try swinging with several different head and shaft combinations until our coach finds the best fit for you.
Once we have created your personalised ‘test clubs’ you will then have the option to place an order for your custom clubs with the manufacturer of choice. You will be sure to notice the difference next time you head out on the course.
