Fitness Suites

There’s no need to interrupt your fitness regime when you’re on holiday. Our hotel gyms (one at each resort) are available to use throughout your break – as often as you choose. Both are fully equipped with a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment including Treadmills, Cross Trainer, Recumbent Bike and Multi-Gym.

At the Manor Resort, the hotel gym is ideally located next to the Hydro Spas, so you can follow up your workout with a relaxing trip to the spa to help relieve any aching muscles.

Outdoor Gym

If you love working-out, be sure to stop by our outdoor gym at the Ashbury Resort. Not only does it feature top equipment, but it also boasts stunning views across Dartmoor. The gym is located next to our 3G and MUGA sports pitches and features 16 individual stations including Cross Trainer, Dips/Leg Press and Shoulder Press – perfect for warming up before a match, or simply to enjoy some fresh air.

Hatha Yoga

Yoga offers a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit, which can provide us with the tools to cope with the challenges of our modern-day lifestyle. This 60-minute class includes gentle posture work, breath awareness and a short relaxation period.
