[Ray] was very professional, patient and encouraging. We all learned new skills that we would never have been able to develop had we not had the close attention we had from him. He created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which allowed us to be unworried or anxious about making mistakes and I feel that we all improved our games as a result. I would 100% recommend Ray to anyone thinking of getting coaching for pickleball
I came home from the course feeling I’d learnt so much in a short time-frame. It was an absolute delight to be coached by such a warm-hearted, motivational, competent and highly-skilled coach. I will be thoroughly recommending Ray to the other members of our U3A Pickleball group in Malvern, and anyone else who mentions Pickleball !!!
It was my first visit to Manor, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back for more. The intermediate coaching course was brilliant. Ray is an amazing teacher and I learnt so much.Thank you to you and the team also. I thought the staff were brilliant and the facilities excellent.
Ray is an excellent teacher and an upmost professional . I learnt so much which was all thanks to Ray and the positive way in which he coached the sport. It was great fun and a wonderful experience.
Ray improved our pickleball skills immensely, his enthusiasm for the game is obvious and great people skills. Both Ray and Roger on the tennis are great racket skill coaches. I will be down there again, the Manor is a brilliant sport / craft resort.
[Ray] is an exceptionally talented coach who has a warm encouraging style that inspires the very best in all his participants. His knowledge of the game and his ability to teach the craft of how to play it well is outstanding. It was a real pleasure to be taught by him. He worked so hard to make sure all the participants bonded as group, both during tuition and socially off the court.
We were very impressed with Ray’s knowledge and skill and he gave us plenty of valuable tips to work on. He delivered well organised sessions and was very attentive to individual needs. His enthusiasm rubbed off on us all and we were happy with the way the group came together with Ray’s positivity, work ethic and energy. Ray’s coaching course out performed our expectations and we are confident our game will have improved as a result. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
