The Manor House Hotel (Okehampton) Ltd (also known as The Manor and Ashbury Resorts) is committed to promoting and embedding equality, diversity and inclusion. We are aware of our responsibilities and publish Gender Pay information under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
We work hard to ensure all colleagues in our business feel supported, fairly treated, and offered equal opportunities and pay.
It is important to note that although there remains a disparity between gender in our mean and median pay gap percentages, the hourly rates of pay are role dependent, not gender dependent. All employees performing the same role are paid equally regardless of gender.
