• From the M5 at Exeter take the A30 towards Okehampton.
• After 22 miles you will see a junction signposted ‘Okehampton’, go past this and exit at the next junction signposted ‘Sourton Cross’
• Turn right, onto the A386 ‘Bowerland Road’ towards Bideford.
• The Manor House Hotel is 2 miles along this road on your right (before the mini roundabout).

• For the Ashbury Resort go past The Manor and on to the mini roundabout.
• Turn left at the roundabout onto the A3079 towards Holsworthy/Bude.
• After 1½ miles you will see a signpost to ‘Ashbury Golf Hotel’.
• At the signpost turn right and follow this road for ½ mile, the Ashbury will be on your right.
