Accessible Accommodation

Wet Rooms

We have a limited number of rooms with ‘wet room’ bathrooms at our resorts. These are suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The bathrooms have a full shower room with no steps. They have a seat and grab rail in the shower, and bars and rails for the toilet.

Ground Floor Rooms with Showers

Please note, we cannot guarantee grab rails in these rooms. There may also be a step of up to 12-inches into the shower. If you require step free shower access, and/or grab rails, you must book a wet room.

Blue badge holders will not be charged any extra to request these rooms.

Getting Around Our Resorts

Mobility Scooters

To assist guests with limited mobility we have a small number of wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Blue badge holders can pre-book these prior to arrival – a charge of £5 will apply, in addition to a £10 deposit.

All other guests can hire these, for a small charge, on a first come – first served basis once they arrive at the hotels (£3 per day, in addition to a £10 deposit).

Easy Access Routes

Ask us for a copy of our easy-access route maps. This have been designed to help you find the quickest and easiest step free access to all the main areas of the resorts.
